The premium mobility market gains a new player with the creation of the first Brazilian holding company specializing exclusively in this segment, XF&T. Formed by the merger of two established companies in high-end B2B transportation, X-Fleet – Executive Fleets – and Talent Drivers – premium transportation services – the initiative aims to streamline operations and prepare the group for
new growth fronts.
XF&T emerges at a time of expansion for both companies, which have grown an average of 30% annually since 2016, and last year saw an even greater increase, at 43%. Together, they achieved revenue of R$63 million in 2024 and project exponential growth. The goal is to triple revenue over the next three years and quadruple the fleet: from 700 vehicles to 2,700 in the same period. With this growth, the intention is to add 30 employees to the current 55.
The holding company also plans, in the medium term, to enter the capital markets as part of its sustainable growth strategy. The objective of this launch is to optimize the companies' operational synergy to allocate resources more efficiently and generate opportunities for both businesses.
"X-Fleet and Talent Drivers are already leading companies in executive mobility, serving high-end companies, corporations, and exclusive events. Now, with unified management, we will strengthen our operations in pursuit of new growth opportunities, including in the capital markets," says Alexandre Mariano, partner and CFO at XF&T. "We want to enter the structured credit market, aiming for accelerated growth, and become a unicorn company," he reveals. Initiatives to achieve this include expanding our service portfolio, investing in technology, and strengthening our national presence.
The companies' focus will continue to be on high-end customers and personalized customer service. "We believe that the future of luxury mobility lies in the integration of premium services with cutting-edge technology, ensuring increasingly safe, comfortable, and efficient experiences for our customers without losing our core differentiator: personalization and unparalleled service quality in this market," he emphasizes.
There's no shortage of differentiators. In addition to a fleet of vehicles unlike any other company in the sector, such as the Mercedes-AMG EQS 53, both companies are benchmarks for premium service in their respective operations.
X-Fleet
With over 10 years in the market, X-Fleet is a leader in the Premium Executive segment and recognized for its quality and corporate mobility solutions. "In the beginning, while most companies focused on volume, we saw a market deficit for differentiated service for senior executives," says partner and CEO Heron Gerard, who started the company with just 21 vehicles.
The company offers vehicle and fleet management and outsourcing services, long-term contracts with frequency determined according to need, and contracts with a dedicated vehicle and driver. "But most importantly: we deliver convenience, practicality, time optimization, convenience, status, top-of-the-line vehicles, and impeccable service," he says. For contracting companies, there's also operational efficiency and real savings from fleet outsourcing, which in some cases can reach up to 32% compared to owning a fleet.

Talent Drivers
